Fees
Invoices will be generated and emailed 2 weeks prior to the due date, with all accounts being strictly 14 days. For overdue invoices, a late fee of $25 per week will apply unless prior arrangements have been made.
An annual registraltion levy of $40 per family will be applied to your first term invoice, and valid for the remained of that calendar year. We have a variety of payment methods available to suit every family including bank transfer, cash and credit card.
All classes are invoiced based on a standard 10-week term. Where classes do not operate due to a Public Holiday, classes are invoiced at the PER CLASS rate for the number of lessons in that term.
30 MINUTE CLASS - $185.00
45 MINUTE CLASS - $200.00
60 MINUTE CLASS - $225.00
75 MINUTE CLASS - $250.00
90 MINUTE CLASS - $275.00
For students who have trialled a class, but still not sure if AMDC is right for them or enrolling mid-term, or if a class is not scheduled to run due to a Puplic Holiday falling within our regular timetable, the below schedule is how classes will be invoiced for that term, based on the number of weeks in that term.
30 MINUTE CLASS - $18.50
45 MINUTE CLASS - $20.00
60 MINUTE CLASS - $22.50
75 MINUTE CLASS - $25.00

Discounts
We are proud to offer family and multiple class discounts to help make dance training more accessible and affordable for ourstudents. We encourage dancers to explore a variety of styles and are committed to supporting families with more than one child enrolled at the studio. Discounts will automatically be applied where eligible and are designed to reward commitment, consistency and involvement across multiple classes and programs.
Please note that multi-class discounts will not apply to fees that are not paid by the due date, or where agreed payment plans are not adhered to. Late fees will also apply to all overdue accounts. These policies are in place to ensure fairness across all families and to allow us to continue providing a consistent and high-quality program for all students.
Please note that family discounts do not extend to adult classes or extended families (eg, cousins). Should a family member choose to discontinue, the family discount may no longer apply.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS
5% off the total cost of the 2nd family member enrolled.
10% off additional family members enrolled.

MULTI CLASS DISCOUNTS
5% off the 2nd class enrolment.
10% off 3rd class enrolment.
$700 flat rate per term for students enrolled in 4 or more classes.

Procedure for Non-Payment of Tuition Fees
AMDC is committed to providing a positive and professional environment for all families. To ensure the ongoing operation of the studio, tuition fees must be paid by the nominated due dates. In the event that tuition fees remain unpaid, the following process will apply:
1. *Payment Reminder*
* A courtesy reminder will be issued if payment has not been received by the due date.
2. *Overdue Notice*
* If the account remains outstanding for 24 hours after the reminder, a formal overdue notice will be sent requesting immediate payment, and a late fee of $25 will be applied to the account.
3. *Restriction of Participation*
*Where an account remains unpaid and and no payment arrangement has been agreed upon, the studio reserves the right to suspend the student's participation in classes until payment is received. Students with overdue accounts may become ineligible to participate in performances, competitions, examinations, workshops, special events, or receive concert-related items, including costumes, concert packs, professional photos, and videos, until the account is brought up to date.
4. *Cancellation of Enrolment*
* Continued non-payment may result in the cancellation of the student's enrolment, with their place offered to another student.
5. *Debt Recovery*
* Accounts that remain unpaid after reasonable attempts to resolve the matter may be referred to a debt recovery agency or legal representative. Any additional costs incurred in recovering the outstanding balance may be payable by the account holder, where permitted by law.
Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to contact the studio as early as possible to discuss a suitable payment arrangement. While AMDC will endeavour to work with families wherever possible, please note that the above procedure will apply to payment plans not adhered to.
